My car was rear-ended then taken to a shop where it was incorrectly and poorly repaired. I later spoke with Windham Body Shop about repairing the alleged "repair." Robbie Windham showed me the original report from the insurance company, giving specific requirements to follow for repairing the car. He also showed pictures of what "repairs" were done, which did not match up with the insurance's requirements. I was so frustrated and disappointed with the attempted "repair" but so pleased with Robbie and his team with their repairs. Robbie sent pictures of what the car looked like when I first took it to Windham Body Shop. He then he sent pictures and updates as they made progress in following the requirements on properly repairing the car. Happy to have my old, now new, car back, and it's now safe to drive! Windham Body Shop continues to have an exceptional reputation and will be my go-to. Thankful for them!!

The team did a great job on my Buick Enclave ! The calls letting me know what was needed when needed. My car was put back together beautifully with even a new set of tires ! Got all the things that I needed done at one place. She is road ready ! It looks brand new. Thank you guys so much !

Wonderful body shop!

My rear passenger was smashed on my truck and Windham was recommended by my dealer. The staff was great!! They were able to get the part ordered (plus tinting for the window) in a timely fashion. Everyone was professional and helpful. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Awesome experience with them after I wrecked my truck. They were very efficient with the repair and kept in communication with me. I had a little trouble with my insurance company and they helped me navigate that. They even washed my truck for me. 10/10 experience.

Windham did excellent work on my Chevrolet Silverado you can't tell where the damage was. They even washed and detailed it. The ladies in the office were friendly and very knowledgeable about the whole process. They have rental cars available which makes things more convenient. So if you ever get run into, Run into Windham Body Shop. They will make your car new again.

Awesome everything

Very unprofessional. New paint job came out of the shop with swirl marks. They tried to act like they couldn’t have known they were there before hand. Maybe inspect your work. Don’t recommend this place and won’t be going back. Absolutely not a fake review. Just another example of the business trying to pull one over on its customers.

I got my car worked on from a guy backing into me and they fixed my bumper even better than it looked in the first place. The ladies there are absolutely lovely. Highly recommend them. I have had to use them a few times and has been nothing but great each time!!!

Windham Body Shop came highly recommended to me by an experienced mechanic. My 2022 Elantra was damaged after hitting an animal, and they were able to quickly get me back in my vehicle. There was extensive damage, and they completed the repairs within a week and a half. The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful when I called with questions regarding insurance and the process which I was unfamiliar with. I had no issues with either Windham or my insurance company and I would definitely choose Windham for future body work if it was necessary.

Had to have repairs to my 2018 Chevy Silverado. Sideswiped a tree on driver's side bumper to bumper. When Robbie and his crew had finished my truck looked brand new. Great people, great work! Very professional! Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience with this body shop, I had extensive hail damage to my car and they had it looking brand new very quickly. Several parts had to even be replaced and/or repainted, and they were very efficient. Every time I called, they were quick to answer and give me updates. I would not refer to the bad google reviews submitted about this shop. Of course they are “in it for the money”, they have a business to run. This isn’t volunteer work. I paid my deductible and insurance paid the rest. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and nice people here.

Someone hit my car in walmart parking lot and knocked off or left it danglingwhile it was parked and I was inside. Got Windham to fix it for me. We have used them for body work on cars a long time. They do good work.

They made my Saturn suv look like new...I will be doing business with them from now on...
